Established in 1979, the Rogers Family Company's steadfast mission is to search out the world's finest Arabica varieties and roast the richest, most flavorful coffees available anywhere while making the world a better place at the same time.

We are Jon, Barbara, Jim, Lisa, John, Pete, Kirsten, and Suzanne Rogers - the family behind the Rogers Family Company coffee roasting company. Our family also includes extended families across generations and the world who are helping to provide and improve better quality coffee to you and your family.

Community Aid Program
Fairly traded coffee means that all our coffee is purchased directly from farmers we know personally at prices that will sustain both a high quality of life for the farmer, coop members, and for workers on the farms far into the future. Whether the farmer is a member of a coop or owns his own farm, we personally know all our farmers and are likely to sit down to dinner with their families!
We strive to break the cycle of poverty that exists in coffee communities and to improve the education, housing, health, and sanitary conditions for workers and their families on every farm where we do business. We also provide agricultural assistance to all the farmers we work with:
1. To improve crop quality on farms
2. To convert farms to shade and organic farming to ensure the beans are
sustainable and delicious
