We are a friendly, hard working bunch here at San Francisco Bay Coffee, UK. Together we are dedicated to roasting great tasting coffee from our Caerphilly roastery.

CALVIN ROWE
Managing Director UK

Calvin has always worked in the food sector.
With over 24years commercial and operational experience in the food and beverage industry. Focusing on Quality, Service, Sales and ultimately the delivery of a great coffee experience is Calvin’s aim.

Away from coffee, Calvin enjoys football, swimming, eating out and walking his Springer Spaniel, Dash. 

RANDHIR ‘RICCO’ SINGH
Lead Roaster

Ricco heads up our roasting operation. With many years of experience Ricco has personally cupped a lot of coffee! Training our team and looking after them is what makes Ricco happy.

Outside of coffee, snooker together with major DIY projects are Ricco’s passions.  

SAM JENKINS
Roaster

Sam looks after the roasting. Cupping every batch, Sam has learnt an thing or two about coffee in his time with SF Bay and raves about our French Roast.

In his spare time you will find Sam riding his motorbike and fine tuning anything mechanical. 

JOSH JERVIS
Roaster

Josh works with Sam and looks after roasting.

Outside of work, Josh is a passionate Cardiff City FC supporter. Enjoying travel, Josh has followed the Welsh national team to numerous overseas locations and looks to add to his list very soon.
