We offer free shipping via standard Parcels for orders reaching beyond our £30 shipping threshold after all calculated coupons, promotions, and discounts to the majority of mainland UK. Unfortunately, this excludes shipments to the Scottish Highland and Offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and various island regions.

If you do not meet the free shipping threshold, we offer a £3.95 flat rate option to keep shipping costs low for you. This also excludes shipments to the Scottish Highland and Offshore islands, Northern Ireland, and various island regions.

Due to higher rates imposed by our carriers to remote and inaccessible areas, delivery to the Scottish Highland areas will incur a flat rate charge of £9.95 and do not qualify for the free shipping threshold. These areas include Scottish Highland postcodes AB, DD, IV1-40, IV51-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA1-38, PA80, PH1-41 and PH49-50. Delivery may take up to 5 days in these areas.

Due to higher rates imposed by our carriers to remote and inaccessible areas, delivery to the Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore, and Isle of Wight areas will incur a flat rate charge of £12.95 and do not qualify for the free shipping threshold. These areas include Northern Ireland postcodes BT, Scottish offshore postcodes HS, IV41-49, IV55-56, KA27, KW15-17, PA41-78, PH42-44, ZE and Isle of Wight postcodes PO30-40.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Southern Ireland, or mainland Europe.

We have a minimum 2 business day handling time policy before shipping. So once you place your order, it may not ship until 2 business days later (but often ships sooner). If you order on or around one of our company holidays, the total days before shipping may take longer simply because the holiday is not a business day. Please see our holiday list at the bottom of this page. (Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered as business days.)

You can now place an order online and pick it up at our roasting facility warehouse - for free! Our Customer Pickup option is available to customers who live in Cardiff county, within a general proximity of our Caerphilly facility.

Note: You must pick up your order within 7 days. If not, we'll have to cancel your order and issue you a refund.

When you place an order, we will process that order and charge your credit card either that same day or the following work day. Then the order will typically ship within 2 business days after it is processed and charged. Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the first business day after the holiday. The order will be shipped as soon as possible after it's processed. Our holidays are (subject to change):
